Inspired by the traditional Ayurvedic wellness ritual of "oil pulling", Botanical Bouche is an oil-based alternative to mouthwash for healthy gums, holistic oral care and beautiful fresh breath.

BENEFITS OF OIL PULLING:
Gandusha or oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic detox ritual performed daily to reduce gum infections, kill bad bacteria in the mouth and freshen breath. Traditionally, the oil is swished around in the mouth for 20 minutes and then spit out.

But 20 minutes is a long time. We love tradition, but we also want daily wellness rituals to be as easy and customized as possible, so that they fit into our modern lifestyle and that we stick to them!

So we spent over a year formulating a blend of powerful and organic botanical oils that you can spray in your mouth. You don't have to rinse or spit it out. Each oil in this blend has been carefully selected for its soothing, restorative and purifying properties to promote beautiful pink gums, holistic oral wellbeing and beautiful fresh breath. Use it after brushing your teeth.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM CLASSICAL MOUTHWASHES.

Classic mouthwashes (with chemically colored fluorine liquid) certainly give a fresh feeling. But the alcohol in the mouthwash dries out the mouth and bad bacteria love a dry mouth, so you end up with worse breath than you started with! The antibacterial chemicals used can also be too strong for your mouth and end up killing both bad and good oral bacteria.

What you want in a mouthwash or breath freshener is something gentle, something that keeps your oral microbiome intact and that isn't drying. The advantage of vegetable, oil-based mouthwash is that it does not dry out and contributes to holistic oral well-being in the long term. It contains no water or alcohol and works like a hydrating serum in your mouth.

Our natural alternative to mouthwash is formulated with six high-quality botanical oils from organic cultivation, carefully selected for their cleansing and purifying properties.

How to use: *AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MOUTHWASH: Spray directly into your mouth after cleaning your teeth before leaving the house, going to bed or after meals. Use your tongue to slide the oil over your gums. Let the herbal ingredients gently soak into your mouth and do their work. Spit out excess saliva if desired. *AS A SERUM: By spraying a few sprays on your toothbrush and very gently brushing your gums. *AS A DEEP CLEANSING DETOX: By spraying in your mouth before flossing to clean deeper into your gums. Our Botanical Bouche contains only natural oils, nothing weird, synthetic or transformed. You can keep it in your mouth without rinsing or spitting it out. If you have sprayed a lot or have excess saliva, you can of course spit it out if necessary.
