100% raw and unpasteurized New Zealand Manukā honey.
Daily wellness support. Supports immunity and digestion.

Take your daily dose of this raw New Zealand Manuka honey.
Rich in antioxidants and micronutrients. A tablespoon daily! Just like that, or in (not too hot) tea, smoothie or whatever you like it with. Supports your immunity. Mānuka Honey soothes coughs and sore throats.

Healthy for your intestines and digestion.
High UMF™ Mānuka is recommended by many nutritionists and health professionals to support digestive health.

You can also use it as a face mask for irritated, inflamed skin, such as acne and eczema. If you leave it on for at least 30 minutes, the antibacterial effect will be even more effective.

High UMF™ Mānuka is a healthy alternative to sugar and an ideal wellness booster for breakfast or pre-workout.

TAHI honey is ethically harvested from diverse wild habitats in some of New Zealand's most remote locations. This means our honey is as natural as nature intended - with no added sugar, water, corn syrup, antibiotics or chemicals.

Our commitment to ethical beekeeping practices ensures the well-being of our bee colonies and their vital role in pollination. We do not use pollen traps or collect bee poison, as this can harm or even kill bees. Importantly, we leave a box of honey per hive, so that our bees can survive the winter by eating their own rich, natural honey and pollen - just as nature intended.

How to use: Take a tablespoon a day. Eat it as is, put it in a smoothie, your tea or juice. You can also use it as a face mask for irritated, inflamed skin, such as acne and eczema. If you leave it on for at least 30 minutes, the antibacterial effect will be even more effective.
Extra tips: Each of our pots depicts a variety of native birds. They are the tangible result of Tahi’s successful conservation work. Before our restoration project began, there were only 20 species of birds at Tahi; now there are 71, including 25 rare and endangered species. By purchasing our Mānuka honey you are directly and actively contributing to our award-winning biodiversity restoration. Kōtare, the plant protector Kōtare (kingfishers) feed on insects and small animals that can damage plants, forests and young birds.
